Barbara’s Marriage January 22, 2009

I received this request for a marriage yesterday, January 21, 2009 at about 3:26 p.m. by email.  Please pray for God to work in these lives and the home.

Hi my name is Barbara.  I am requesting prayer for my marriage to Mark.  Mark went to jail for a year and 2 months, while he was gone I felt that I was bombarded with thoughts of our past problems and him being in jail as a sign, I filed for divorce, but later came to realize that I do not want the divorce.  He is mad at me for filing, I have apologized to him but he says he can’t get it out of his mind.  I have had to forgive for several things, and when I have a weak moment he says he can’t forgive me.  He says friends and family are telling him not to come back to me.  We have been married for 9 ½ years, my prayer is that we will be reconciled together.  Feel free to contact me by email.  Thank you for your prayers, may God bless you!

My answer and prayer to her is below:

Barbara.
I appreciate your request and I ache for your pain in your marriage.  It is a sad thing for marriages to divorce, as you know. 
Yes!  I will pray for you, Mark, and your marriage. Let me ask you  this question:  Do you both know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior?  The greatest healing and forgiveness comes only through Him.
Jesus has died on the cross paying our sin debt to God, was buried carrying our guilt and shame away, and Jesus arose bodily from the grave that through faith in Him we might have everlasting life.
If you are trusting Jesus, then be faithful to Mark from now on.  Don’t listen to those who would tell you to leave him, but do the right thing, and that is wait.  Wait on the Lord and trust He will have His way in Mark.
 
Lord of Heaven and earth.  YOU have made all things for YOUR glory.  Even marriage was instituted by YOU to show YOUR glory upon the earth.  I pray for healing in Barbara, Mark, and their marriage.  Help them both Lord to wait on YOU, and YOUR good will, and good timing. 
Give Barbara and Mark the peace of “trusting in YOU with all their hearts and not leaning on their own understanding” (Proverbs 3:5), or the unwise advice of others who may not know YOU.
Blessed be the name of the Lord Jesus; in whose name I pray.  A-men.

Every marriage needs to be built  upon the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Biblical principals which every Christian should follow.  Let’s pray for one another.

Prayer For Mimi April 25, 2008

Please remember MVG and Mimi in your prayers.  MVG, please know that God does not hold one person accountable for another’s sins.  The sins on ancestors, are their responsibility.  In Ezekiel 18:20 it is written, “The sould who sins shall die.  The son shall not suffer for the iniquities of the father, nor the father suffer for the iniquity of he son.  The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.” (English Standard Version).

Father, I do pray for Mimi’s deliverance from voodoo blackmagic.  She is in bondage and I pray that your reveal Yourself to her through Your Son Jesus.  Thank You for His death, burial and resurrection.  Also save Seth from his own sins, and make him miserable in them until he finds rest in Jesus.  Touch the heart of Fabian as well Lord, and let him and the others see the condemnation of their sinful rebellion against God.  Knowing that He lives forever we can live with Him.

Open Mimi’s eyes to see Jesus Christ the Son of the living God.  In His precious name. AMEN.

Please pray fervently and continously for…

Deliverance for Mimi from all occult by the use of voodoo blackmagic and santeria over her body and life to be broken and lifted off including anything generational in her line that is unknown.

Salvation for Seth and break all that is generational also. Strong protection over him especially his eyes. Direction in his life, employment etc. May he see and find his purpose.

Salvation for Fabian and direction in his life.Break and delivernace from all generational ties.

Fervent and continous prayer for Mimi from strong occult hold over her body and life to be broken and lifted off. Complete healing through bond and marrow, every cell in her body washed in the blood of Christ and annointed. Renewed like the eagle.

Salvation for Seth and deliverance from drugs alcohol and all bondages known or unknown to be broken and lifted. May he see the truth of the gospel and be free to find his purpose. Locate his future Christian wife and bring her into his life.

Salvation and a special annointing for the country of Argentina. Prosperity, love, and victory.

    The following is a prayer request from a man whose wife has left him.  He needs our prayers in knowing what to do.

    Here is his request as written on the “About” page of this blog:

    My wife and i have been sepearated for a little over a year now she has assured me that she want’s a divorece. i have not stop loving her or wanting to be with her, i have come to accept and realize that the lack of communication and attention i showed towards my wife was a big issue on why our marrieage has fallen apart the way it has. i have been able to confornt alot of my demonds that made me a selfish and unappriciative husband, my wife made me a better man and father she showed me what true love really ment it was just my fault for not realizing my mistakes before it was to late. since my wife left me my life seems to have fallen apart the only thing that’s constant (by the grace of god) is my job. i have lost a big part of me when she left and no matter how much time has gone by or how many arguments have accured since the seperation my heart remains the same. she is a wonderful person and a great mother to my children. i am asking for help because i have no where else to turn. please pray for me and for my wife to realize that iam no longer the selfish man i was. I never knew what unconditional love really ment until all this began to happen. I have always called her my angel because of how much she changed me for the better, please pray that god see’s fit to bring my angel back so we may be a family again. by God’s guaidance and my own determination i promise to give her the unconditional love that she deserves as my wife my best friend and the woman whos made me the man that i have become. thank you for your time.

    My prayer for Geovanny: Father in heaven I ask that you hear the cry of this man. He realizes the mistakes he has made. Help him see that his most urgent need is YOU. That there will be no peace in his heart through his wife, or his children, but that comes from you. “Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” Romans 5:1 (NKJV). Show Geovanny, Lord, that there is no peace with others until he is at peace with YOU.

    Lord, turn Geovanny’s eyes to the cross of Jesus, and give him peace, the peace which passes all understanding.  Help him realize that his greatest need is YOU.  In the name of YOUR precious Son Jesus.  Amen.

    A Family Need, and Others July 2, 2007

    I have asked for prayer for my Dad on here before concerning his foot.  I want to do so again.  The last time he had surgery they were able to save it, and it was Dad’s belief that God would save his foot, rather than amputate it.  God did it.

    This past week his foot lost feeling in it once again, and was getting cold as well as its color changing.  Mom and my sister took him in to the Doctor’s office on Friday, and their immediate response was, “It will need to come off”.  They did no test or anything on it, just looked at the records, and made the prognosis.  The doctor did tell him last time there would be no more surgeries without amputation, because he has no more veins to use.

    On their way home Friday evening they decided to ask for a prayer meeting at a former pastor’s home – who happens to be the father of the current pastor of my home church – Dave Eaton.  They called and asked me to meet them there if I wanted.  I did, so my wife and I went and prayed with them.  Dad is submitted tot he Lord’s will in the matter, but still believing God is going to save his foot.

    I apologize for the length, but I wanted to let any who came here to pray to know the story of it all.  Please pray for God’s will and His glory to be done.

    Please continue to pray for Melinda Norman also whose husband Tom has gone into an adulterous relationship with another woman.  She is willing to forgive and receive him back.  Let’s pray for God’s will and glory in this marriage as well.

    Spiritual Healing March 6, 2007

    Father, YOU alone are God, Creator, and Savior of the world.  By YOUR voice YOU hung the stars in place, and by YOUR voice the worlds are held together.  YOU alone are worthy of praise and glory.  There is no glory but YOUR glory.

    Lord, I thank you for YOUR grace in salvation and in daily living.  Thank YOU for the grace that gets me through the bad days when things don’t go like I would like them to.  Thank YOU for the grace that gives me peace in the midst of the storm of worry, fear, and dread.  YOU are truly a gracious God – the gracious God, because there is no other.

    Father, Lord God, I ask forgiveness where I have sinned against YOU and grieved YOUR heart.  The times I have had unbelief in my heart was truly grievous in YOUR site, and for that I too am grieved.  Help me to weep at what causes YOU to weep, and to laugh at what causes YOU to laugh.  Even when and especially when it is something concerning myself.

    Lord Jesus, Father I have come this way because my heart is grieved over the behavior, murmuring of some of YOUR people.  YOU, in YOUR Word give us examples of what happens when people begin murmuring, complaining, backbiting, doing malace, and even have become bored in their worship of YOU.  Let those who have become grumblers, murmurers, complainers, become praisers of YOU.  Have them lift up their eyes toward the heavens, see the stars, the clouds, and see [even remember] the power which YOU have displayed in the storms of disaster.  Father, wake us up to realize this is not the time for grumbling, but time for praise – praising YOU.

    Forgive the murmurers and complainers only as they come to YOU seeking forgiveness.  Father, do whatever it takes to make YOUR Church, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ holy, and praising YOU, rather than walking about in the flesh, and moaning because they cannot get what they want.

    Lord, give us all eyes that we might see our own greatest need.  Right now we all need YOUR healing.  The healing only YOU can give.  The healing balm of Gilead.  The healing found only through faith in Jesus YOUR holy Son.

    Blessed be the name of the LORD. Amen.
